How we added $959K new revenue for The Feed.

The challenge


The Feed had a healthy conversion rate but sought to maximize their website’s potential in converting customers at the highest AOV possible. Their objective was to increase revenue per user, thereby making each ad click more valuable and enabling faster scaling.

However they needed help in building an impact-based A/B testing roadmap that would get them there without wasting months testing the wrong things.

Our solution

To address these challenges, our agency conducted a comprehensive CRO audit. This included analytics, heatmaps, customer surveys, user testing, and more. We identified key opportunities for optimization in areas such as the search experience, homepage layout, and purchase incentives in the cart.

Our team developed 13 winning A/B tests that were tailored to The Feed's unique website dynamics rather than relying on generic best practices. Each test brought in either 4 or 5 figures of new monthly revenue, totalling $959,504.

The result

- Revenue Increase to date: Our tests generated a combined +$959,504 in new monthly revenue.

- Biggest Win: A single cart test brought in an astonishing $204,569 of new monthly revenue.

- Impact on Business: This revenue increase was driven by more conversions at a higher Average Order Value (AOV), enhancing the overall value of each site visit and increasing the efficiency of The Feed's ad spend and allowing for increased growth in the period we worked together.
