How It Started

Before DTC Pages existed, there were just two founders trying to figure out e-commerce.

It started during the pandemic. Harry and Agus launched a dropshipping store - like a lot of people did back then. They learned fast. They figured out what worked, what didn’t, and most importantly, they discovered that the biggest lever for growth wasn’t more traffic - it was making the traffic you already had convert better.

They got obsessed with CRO. They ran tests on their own stores, studied what the best brands were doing, and started seeing results that changed how they thought about e-commerce. Running multiple stores and doing UX design work all fed into one core insight: most Shopify stores are leaving money on the table because nobody is paying attention to their conversion rate.

How We Operate

We're a fully remote team spread across South America, Europe, and beyond. But remote doesn't mean disconnected. We invest in our culture because we've seen how much it matters - for our team and for the clients we serve.

Every year, we bring the entire team together in a different location. Our first offsite was in Bariloche, Argentina. Then Cariló. This year, we spent a week in Florianópolis, Brazil. These trips aren't just fun (though they are) - they're how we build the trust and alignment that makes our squads work so well for clients.
